Compressor Condensate
Model C475 Condensate Separators are specifically designed for compressors which use mineral based lubricants. The system uses the principals of coalescence, retention and carbon polishing. Waste water from compressors contain oil, meaning that the condensate cannot be legally discharged to sewer. Once treated with our condensate separator, the water is allowed to safely pass to the sanitary sewer. Each unit handles compressor(s) up to 800HP.
Model C480 Condensate Separators may be utilized on compressors maintained with synthetic lubrication oils. The compressor usually emulsifies this type of oil in with the condensate water. These types of fluids do not separate easily. Model C480 is an Ultrafiltration System for handling the separation of these fluids. By forcing the fluid through a membrane, the fluid is separated by its molecular structure. Water passes through the membrane and goes directly to sanitary sewer, while the oils are kept behind and concentrated for disposal.
