Sump Suckers

The model C200 Sump Cleaner/Filter provides a reliable method of removing fluids and chips from a tank or vessel. A large integral filter basket provides filtration of chips and swarf during vacuuming process. The sump sucker is easily manoeuvrable even when full of 90 gallons of fluid. Simple controls change the unit from vacuum to pressure discharge for quick removal of contents. It’s robust design has no moving parts and requires only a compressed air supply to operate.

Trampoil Separators

The model C100 Coalescing Separator provides a simple means of separating free oil from water based fluids. For the metal working industry that usually means unwanted oil in water based coolants or wash waters. Removal of the oils means removal of the food source for bacteria, which in turn means longer life for the coolant or wash water. Bacterial control is not only important for the coolant or wash water but for worker health and safety. Several sizes are available ranging from portable 2 GPM units to much larger stationary 50 GPM models. When equipped with our filter head adaptor the 2 & 5 GPM units become an effective portable coolant recycling system.

The Model C110A is designed for applications where solids are the main concern. In addition to removing free oil, effective solids settling occurs below the coalescer media. Captured solids are then flushed from the cone bottom tank. Alkaline cleaner and grinding operations are great applications for the cone bottom tank.

Coolant Recycling Systems

Model C300 addresses the three factors which effect coolant performance by; one, removing any chips or fines; two, removing unwanted tramp oils and; three, proportioning new coolant make-up into the recycled coolant. Our design removes contamination, adjusts concentration, and ensures that the clean tank is always full of fresh, clean coolant ready for reuse. The machine processes the coolant continually, thereby polishing the coolant and making it like new again. These machines are available in tank over tank models for small to medium plants, to larger systems with side by side tanks (as illustrated on front cover) to handle larger volumes of coolant.

Mixing & Distribution Stations

The Model C500 system mixes coolant with water to the exact concentration as recommended by the coolant supplier. This machine ensures the proper use of raw materials and the benefits of ideal coolant concentration for machining operations. A pump distributes the coolant directly to the machine sumps, presses or machining centres, eliminating the need for operator mixing and handling of the coolant.
